We strive to ship out all orders within 5-7 business days to the United States (Lower 48 States). You will receive an order confirmation by email as well as a follow-up email notification when your order has shipped (tracking number included). If you do not receive either of these within 24 hours please contact us via the contact page in the navigation bar. Most orders will be received within 7-14 business days unless otherwise noted (expect delayed shipping during holiday season).
Online returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Merchandise must be in salable condition, unused, not washed and in original condition. Refunds will only be issued in the form of original payment. Refunds will be issued after our team receives the merchandise and deems that the merchandise falls under return guidelines. Refunds will take approximately 5-7 business days to return back to the original form of payment. Purchase confirmation of an online order is mandatory for any return. Merchandise must be purchased from Baykin Apparel directly (no third parties) to be eligible for a return. At this time, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
